I you lived further south I'd say go for it, but its just not acceptable anywhere with sensible people. Still, if you kept it SLOW and its not more than 20 miles on open roads, it probably wouldnt be bad but you never know what can happen. I think you can rent a truck from home depot for rather cheap for a day, or even a uhaul and just hook a dolly up to it.
