Clutch Fan Bearing 808129 (41-71 Jeep impeller bearing) There is a few videos out there on the change out. The rear shaft is longer but does not impede anything.

The bracket assembly is no longer available; but like the the previous poster said, there are videos online to show you how to replace just the bearing. My 95 rhd was non repairable so I just ran a shorter belt and electric fans, dosent work quite as well, but better than spending $500+ on a used unit from ebay.
