I am highly considering selling my red 1993 F250 XLT 4x4 with 117,000 miles on it. It has the 5.8L V8, a K&N performance air intake, dual side exhaust in front of the rear wheels, MasterCraft 285/75/16 with rims, truck box, bed liner, red side steps (off the truck at the moment) and many more fun features.
It has a golf ball sized dent in the tailgate and the A/C needs to be recharged. It also has a few minimal rust spots above a few of the wheel wells. I was told by the previous owner (a family friend) that the front fuel tank leaks if over 3/4 full- I have never used it because I couldn't afford $60 worth of gas at a time!!!
It bluebooks for at least $4,500 and NADA's for about $5,500. Can someone offer me some suggestions on a selling price? I was thinking $4200 OBO???
Also, suggestions for advertising my truck (besides this post)?
The reason I am highly considering selling it- I finally got a good job and can afford a NEW car!!! (and yes I am buying a JEEP!)
