15th Annual Cherokee Crawl Schedule of Events

Welcome, y'all to Harlan and the 15th Annual Cherokee Crawl. We're glad you made it.

Below please find some notes and the schedule of events for the weekend. Schedule subject to change

• All :: safety rule apply. Please see article IX of the :: bylaws - http://www.naxja.org/html/bylaws.htm
• ABSOLUTELY NO alcohol on the trails. Offenders will not be allowed to participate in further Cherokee Crawl activities
• Please be responsible for picking up your packets during the scheduled times
• Crawl T-Shirts that are left will be put up for sale after all packets are claimed.
• All registered participants will receive a color trail map of the park
• Tread Lightly and "pack in/pack out"

Wednesday July 5

Thursday July 6

• No scheduled events. Wheel at your leisure
• Packets available for pick up from 4-6 pm at CABIN 2
• 4 pm - 8 pm Lower Rock Garden - Aerial Drone Photography/Videos being shot by ExoAerial.

Friday July 7

• 8:30 am Hard group departs - Glenn Fulmer (Will include Mason Jar and Lions Den)
• 8:45 am Moderate/Hard group departs - Jason Ledford (MAX 12 trucks)
• 9:00 am Moderate group departs - Dan Burton (MAX 12 trucks)
• 5:30 pm Group Picture - Campsite 2
• 6:15 pm Potluck - Pavilion (Registration packets available for pick up at the potluck)

Saturday July 8

• 8:30 am Hard group departs - Glenn Fulmer
• 8:45 am Moderate/Hard group departs - Dan Burton (MAX 12 trucks)
• 9:00 am Moderate group departs - Jason Ledford (MAX 12 trucks)
• 5:30 pm BBQ dinner - Harlan Co Coal Burners - Pavilion
• 6:30 pm Ticket sales open
• 7:00 pm Raffle - Pavilion
