14 bolt disc brake conversion brake lines (or anyone using k20 front calipers)

I somehow ended up with 2 sets of these after my 14 bolt swap:

i cant use them since I am using 76 k20 calipers which are 3/8-24 or something and these are the metric m10x1.5 I believe.
