I was hoping to pick up a couple RE3767/RE3769 joint/coupler assemblies from Rubicon Express to save a little time and energy, but I called to find out the wall thickness and it's only .114"

I'm sure it's the same thing they use for their long arms, but it seems really thin. What're your thoughts? Have you seen any carnage due to these things?

Thanks,
Billy

You shouldn't have any problems with the joint end, it would fail at the center of the arm or near the joint before the joint it's self would fail. They know what their doing, other wise they wouldn't sell them that way.

hmmm.... i vote no. for link material i say 3/16" or 1/4". Depending on length. We usually use 1/4" for lowers cuz they will get beat on some...
