.060 Over?

Would there be any issues in boring a 4.0 block 60 over? I don't have any experience with these blocks as far as how much actual meat is in the cylinder walls. Do you guys have any ideas if there's much difference thickness wise between a HO or a Renix block and what kind of overbore either one can safely take? Thanks.

All 4.0 blocks will take a +0.060" overbore without any problem. Some have enough cylinder wall thickness to allow a +0.125" overbore to a full 4.00" but the block would need to be sonic tested to confirm that.
