01 Dodge cummins trouble codes-help!

Here the problem : You can be driving along, The oil pressure gauge will drop to zero, check engine lamp will come on. If You stop turn it off and turn it back on the gauges reset, and all is good but the engine light stays on.

here are the codes present in the system

po236- map sensor high voltage
po238-map sensor high voltage-too long
po523 oil pressure voltage high
po1475 aux- voltahe too high +5v

I'm thinking That both the map and oil pressure sender can't both be faulty, Maybe an ecu issue? Just curious if anyone has run into these in Dodge cummins land.

There's a known problem with the oil pressure sensor on my 99 24v. The firmware just flips the gauge up to some in-spec value (consistently) until an out of spec reading comes in. And a zero pressure before startup seems to be acceptable. I plumbed in my own oil pressure gauge on top of the oil filter, and it shows much more realistic values.

I'd start by checking your grounds.
