1200 for the regearing labor cost, i got all the parts pretty cheap from rustys.

It was bound to happen with the stock rear and weak 27 spline shafts when running 33s. It started as a slight vibration and one night after wheeling it had crazy vib. under load. not looking forward to the 1200 quoted price.:eek:

and also, i'm missing the bottom 3/4 of my fan shroud, i don't know if it would cause the temp to get all the way to the red.

About 3 weeks ago I replaced a leaking waterpump, and put a new thermostat in. after driving for about a half of an hour the temp goes way up. I can't tell if it overheats at low or high speeds, but it never boils over or shuts off, just sits at like 240 or so, and sometimes creeps back down to...

95 cherokee sport, ran fine last night, has been overheating. go to start the car this morning, cranks but wouln't start. installed new plugs, cables, ignition coil, cap and rotor, still will not start. i know a fair amount about cars and working on them. i'm stumped, please help

1995 cherokee sport. do you have any recomendations on burping, i know jeeps are notorious for having this problem. i filled the system on a hill, let it run with the cap in the first position, and turned heat on. anything else?
