What year is your rig? I haven't seen a fusible link for a 100 amp load. If you blew yours, you can install a fuse holder and 20 amp fuse to start with to check things out. Then go from there.

Can I ask a dumb question? My 91 has two sets of marks on the dip stick. One for cold and one for hot. Does yours have the same one and if so did you use the correct marks? Are you checking the fluid when in park not neutral? Don't know what that has to do with anything, just is specified that...

I agree with Lincoln. Pull it first and drive it. Do you have a Locrite or Detroit in front? The front shaft shouldn't be spinnig if you don't. (NP 231) The rear shaft might be the problem. How much lift? SYE? How many miles on the u-joints? The stock shaft will still vibrate at 2" lift. My old...

I have a R.E. 4.5 lift, JB HD SYE, CV drive shaft, D-44 rear,33's. I have a vibration at high speed. About 65mph and up. It gets worse the faster you go after that. I am suspect of the drive shaft angles. What are the angles between the yokes supposed to be? I have not checked mine yet.

This may sound stupid, but how about swapping back to the original lines up front. I have heard that the stainless lines can feel spongy. At least you can get back to the good feel you had before and go from there. Maybe some longer rubber brake lines would work better.
