As for the header/manifold yes i ran it along the block around the motor mount. Then up and behind the PS pump.
Thanks for the table pic! I will post mine once i get some time to work on it.
As for the reason for MS... control! I want it to blow up when i tell it too, not when it wants to.
update: I have been driving this pile of parts around and it is a blast! Time to fab a new throttle body boot since this one just tore itself apart from being boosted.
Does anyone have a base timing table for any 4.0 jeep? I would like to see one for reference points.

I ran my hard line around the front of the reservoir and made the the return nipple straight from the gear box so it would clear everything . I made a shorter return hose and so far no problems.
Update : I got the exhaust done and took it for a test drive. Low speed all seemed good but when I floored it at 40 and boost came on death wobble took over and off the road I went. I did manage to stop the jeep but not after going thru a ditch, a yard sale sign, a two string of barbed wire...
Agreed. I did not find the room for a down low mounting without cutting up the manifold. I did look to see if i could get the sprintex base manifold but they would not sell it seperate. It could be mounted on the passenger side but, that seems hokey and a/c would have to be eliminated on my...
AGREED! The need for an upgraded pump shows up and it might still have to be modded for no bypassing so it can be dead headed. Bad for the pump but good for the booster. (that sounds like double sided pun).
As for the renix rail question: Look at my pics in my thread. I modded the bejesus out...
Well, two easy ways to go here.
1) Run an aluminum -6an(or whatever size) line (summit or whomever) from front to back to use as your new supply. Use your old supply as the return.
2) Use high pressure fuel hose of some sort (don't cut corners you will eventually will have a leak) and use it...
Tuning a ms can be an all on you affair or you could get EFI Analytics software aka TunerStudio and let it fine tune your base table that you input. Whether that was by someone else's file you uploaded or a base table you made. It has all sorts of cool features for the full version. Go to there...
