Mech, Fly; I replaced it the same way it was when I removed it, if the synchronizer was in backwards would it cause excessive wear on the low range fork?

A1; Yes pump is still attached

A1; I replaced the low range fork when I replaced the chain. The fork had bad wear marks indicative of running with no oil and burnt the pads away.

Yes getting some vibrations, I disconnected the front ds to isolate it. I was told to point the rear diff toward the t case because I am using a double cardan joint and your saying not to ? I have lined up drives hafts before but usually just parallel to each other, appreciate the help
