Hey Mr. Billl, is your pops dead set on a Blue Ox hitch or will a StowMaster 5000 work for him? Here's what I have:
The hitch with cover
Set of base plates off of a Cherokee
Mounting brackets for the hitch to the base plates
What is needed:
Safety cables
Chunk of heavy angle steel drilled to...
Thanks for the comment. It's back in my backyard pending repairs (full steering column, dash bezel, some front end body/bumper work, and engine/drivetrain eval and tires) but will get back on the road and dirt hopefully soon.
Feel free to nip this thread Mr. or Mrs. Administrators.
Couldn't post any pics here. My brother did me a favor and posted up on the socalxj Facebook page with at least one or two pics. It's unfortunately a rather non-descript Cherokee. Front bumper mounted fog lights without covers. Chrome tow hooks. Matching spare wheel with a 30" spare tire in the...
Hoping that anyone local to Long Beach City College area may have seen my 1990 grey XJ drive off from the college. Stolen sometime before 2:30pm as my daughter was in class. It's a long shot right now but worth asking. Has a small lift. New 30" Falken Wildpeaks on Wrangler wheels. No tint on the...
Oh, I guess that I was a little careless in my info listing, the front axle is a Dana 30. It's a high pinion and is also a NON-vacuum disconnect.

Okay, after much personal deliberation I have decided to sell my 4.10 axle set.
The rear is a disc braked 8.8 with limited slip. The spring perches were cut off and ground smooth. Included with the 8.8 is a new in box standard diff cover gasket, new in box pinion seal, new in boxes wheel...
Even better. You want the stuff for free. Let me know.
Use for a project. Convert your stuff back to stock form. Add seismic isolation to your existing dwelling.
Think about it for a week or so because I'll be waving down the scrap steel guy soon.
Hey what's up folks! As the title states I have some stock suspension parts left over when I swapped in my wrecking yard finds. I have:
a set of stock coils
a set of stock leaves (one sans center spring bolt) (they were a little saggy)
a set of lower control arms
The wife says that I should...
How you doin'? This may be a little late but I was curious if these are still for sale? I need to make up some lift height and was wondering if you know how much lift these may have provided?
