General Grabber AT2 now in 35"

I would go with the Mickey Baja ATZ Radials. They ride really good and have similiar performance to BFG Bajas in the sand but ride and wear better on the tarmac. Of course, this is my experience and everyone has their own preferences/perspectives.

    VIN locations?

Thanks for all of the input. We're still investigating our options and trying to get someone from title office to help.

    VIN locations?

He said there is nothing at any of those locations. Also none of the glass has a VIN etched into it. How on earth did he manage to get this thing titled, much less drive it without being tasered yet?

    VIN locations?

I'm buying (if I can verify it) a salvage titled 98 XJ 4 door Classic and we can't find any VIN numbers on the vehicle. The "owner" says it was that way when he bought it and that the guy who sold it to him was a sheriff's son and he drove it like that for two years without any issues. The new...

    1986 Tire Carrier onto 01 XJ ?

I used one from a early 90s Isuzu Rodeo. Far more plentiful at junkyards than the XJ version and much cheaper and yet stronger too. Mine holds a 32" BFG AT KO on 15x7 aluminum rim. No signs of cracks or sagging either and it sees whoops/washboard roads regularly.

    35's and 4.10's

I have 4.56 and 32s (31.7) and I will tell you, I can't imagine 35s and 4.10s or even 4.56s! Must be a dog with the 4.0. 4.56 is perfect for 32s in my opinion. I have instant power and it doesn't downshift out of OD on hills or bridges.

    Bad Unit Bearing?

We got two of the TJ unit bearings and after I installed them, the rotors contacted the lower knuckle and squealed like a pig. Had to take them back and get the XJ version because my TJ has manual hubs (iow: i couldn't just use them on my TJ). This is with NAPA (SKF brand), the most expensive...

    treks/tnt prerunner bumper good?

I'm just going to use their mounting system and inner box brace and hardware kit and then build a little bar and hoop bumper to mount lights on and put d-ring tabs on. I think that will work a lot better and keep weight at a minimum.

I ordered the Rustys adjustable coil spacers to see if they are good quality. We'll see.

Wonder if the rustys adjustable coil spacers are any good? they are quite a bit less expensive and appear to be strong material? those might be a way to save and get better quality coils?
