If you're worried enough about it to be asking here you need to take it to a professional weldor and pay to have it done. Use your Hobart for tacking it where you want it and have the weldor get after it with TIG. If you decide to do it yourself try to weld some test pieces first. Make sure...

Can you see heat marks on the backside, like it's burned it? If so you've got reasonable penetration, if the weld bead goes all the way thru then you've got full penetration.

Same wheelbase. 4 and 2 doors are indentical in the drivetrain and suspension department. -Steve
