Just removed the flexplate from my 96 4.0 for an engine rebuild. Flexplate is in good condition but I notice the mounting holes to the crankshaft are 0.540 in diameter and the bolts are 0.500. The holes are not wallered out. Is this normal? I may just buy a new flexplate to see if it has the...
