LOL I have nothing but issues with my XJ over the past 3 years of being the 2nd owner. At the end of the day it would be very hard for me to get rid of my baby lol.

This is a 99 limited. I checked the locks and the buttons for the back doors and they seem fine. Where are the sensors for the front doors? Forgot to meantion it could be because my Jeep wants to play in the woods and is mad at me for not driving it enough

Like the trick lol. No trick with mine, I wish it was that simple. I turned the jeep on then off and it stopped, like you said it has to have something to do with the alarm system.

I have a 99 Limted with the heated leather seats that just turned 100k. I myself have been thinking about selling it. It's a love hate relationship with the XJ.

Thanks everyone. It was the stalk on the steering colum and a frozen line. I am putting in the -30 stuff today:) I also replaced my ground strap from the back of the engine block to the fire wall because it was toast.

I replaced the wiper stalk on the steering colum because I had an extra and that fixed the passengers side and not the drivers side lol. Tonight I am going over my brothers and testing everything you guys meantioned above.

Cool, I will test the voltage. Looks easy enough to replace:) My rear one stopped working a few months ago. With snow coming on Sun I want to get this fixed by Sat:)

I have a 99 jeep cherokee 4 door 4.0. wiper fliud stop working. the wipers work fine, just no fluid squirting out to clean windshield. Is there a fuse , if so what is the fuse number? Otherwise how easy is it to replace if need be?

I had this same issue with my jeep a few months ago and I ended up replacing the CPS on the bell housing, still didn't work. It ended up being the sensor that is bulit into the distributer and the coil wasn't giving enough spark. Here is the link to the thread, it will help you a lot...

It was the CPS in the distributer and the coil was giving too low of a spark. Both replaced and the Jeep is alive. Thanks for all of your help!!
