i did a month or so ago. the lake area was 20-24" deep. which is about normal depth for summer. there was a deep mud/water hole closer to the beginning of the trail but that was supposed to be filled in last weekend.

i made it through it all easily. tried one line a few times but kept slipping off due to mud so couldnt make that climb. a couple guys ahead of us had some trouble and had to winch a couple times.

i ran spring creek yesterday in the rain. made it up the first slab rock no problem. did slide around on it a little at first. the rest of the trail was good. rock garden was pretty slippery in places.
I've ran it a few times. Most of the trail isn't too bad. What's your rigs setup? There's a few areas that may give you some trouble depending on lockers and tire size etc. just be sure to go with someone else and have a working winch.
im open to any time as i will already be there. i do know of another group meeting at 10. so we can roll with them or before or after. makes no difference to me.
right on. are you guys camping? we will be. planning on bringing the van to camp in instead of my truck. if you're camping do you guys want to do breakfast in camp? i'm thinking we will stay in bv fri and sat night then pack up and go to penrose sun morning. easier that way and i'd like to hit...
