    Pedal Problems

I think there is some kind of clutch safety switch (cant remember name) where you have to have the clutch pressed in for it to start. Maybe it has gone bad or the wires crossed or somethin?

    NP242 just took a crap on my '89 xj...swap?'s

Just seal the vacuum holes with like a screw or something, thats what I did and my 4wd works kosher.

    NP242 just took a crap on my '89 xj...swap?'s

You cant use a 96+ transfer case, the input shaft is longer on them so it won't fit. And Pre-96 will work though, as long as the spline count matches. But if you go to a 231 you will need the linkage as well. As for me I will take a 242, I love the full time 4wd option.

    Wrong Pilot Bearing?

When I put in a BA10 I got a new clutch kit, flywheel, master cylinder, and plumbing lines for it. The BA10 ended up being crap so I swapped in an AX15 and it fit just fine, I didnt get new anything. I did trim the input shaft though because I did an automatic-manual swap, thats a different story.

    BA-10 to NV4500, some ???

Im gonna run to the boneyard and get an NV4500 to put in instead of the BA-10 I got. They got a couple Dodge trucks in that will have the tranny. 1) Bellhousing pattern IS the same right? 2) The case itself is 12.44 inches compared to the 9.25 inches on the BA-10 according to my 4x4 Shop...

    HELP!! TRANNY PROBS!!!

bump????? Ok so I got an update. I fired it up and held the clutch in. The gearstick is presumably in neutral. The rear end is fully jacked up off the floor. When I let the clutch out, the tires in the back start spinning pretty quickly. When the Jeep is off, and I rotate the tires, the...

    HELP!! TRANNY PROBS!!!

I think my tranny might be bad!!! So heres the deal, I finally got my NSS wired up right (thanks to those who chimed in on that problem), and fired her up. It was idling a little shaky at first but soon started idling fine. The tranny is in neutral right now, or at least I assume so. Gear stick...

    Full Size DD??

because the D35 would snap under the horsepower and the driveline would be breaking left and right. I guess this depends on the HP of your V8.

    NSS Wiring NEED HELP!!!

Im a little on the shallow end of the pool when it comes to electric systems and wiring. I know a little like how to cut, solder, extend and simple junk like that. Anyways, I need to wire up my NSS to simulate it being in Park/Neutral for my Manual transmission. The reason being because I...

He said its not a Hemi, so all I can put together is its the V8 found in the Grand Cherokees but still not sure exactly what its found in. Its pretty new and he was tellin me that it should...
