You got me curious on if anyone was successful with this recently so I started searching pirate and found this:

There are people that have used the stock radius arm mounts, I just don't have any links or even remember where I saw them. The main problems they ran into were the clearance lost from those massive mounts, the binding that occurs from a radius style setup, and the weight of all of those mounts...
Yeah I have a Superduty front, so it is stupid wide and to manage the packaging of everything and to get the coilovers vertical I stepped it off of the frame with some 2x4 box. Here are the two sides.

They are the Ballistic fab towers, so far just welded to stuff you can see. Once I get the front cage done they’ll get tied into it all. Only thing I would change about it so far is that I would like them 12” high instead of 10”. Maybe if you contact them they could cut them a little higher.
