    Yup, that pretty much sums it up. Communication with Gerry has been sporadic at best. Last email I got said he was going up to California later that day to mail the first US Post Office money order.

    Yes that's a block on the EGR. Really isn't worth much at 144 mph. :D I assume so, but I don't know if it actually runs. They had it sitting out in the open area when we showed up. Yes, the throttle body went directly to the emptied cowl area. I did find this quoted from an old magazine...

    The windshield wipers were apparently removed and the air intake was routed into the drivers side housing. Yup, that's a Dana 35 under there. Also there's a Peugeot backing the 4.0L.

    Definitely replace it. And be careful about the cheap replacements. I've heard of guys going through a couple before they found one that doesn't suck in short order. --Pete

    I installed fog/driving lights there and moved turn signal duties to some trailer lights. If I had to do it again, I'd have gone with a better quality fog/driving light. These ones are falling apart. :( Jeep on! --Pete

    I recommend 4.56 gears if it sees lots of highway and, if you really truly care about gas mileage (and somehow I doubt that), SLOW DOWN!!! :soapbox: You are never EVER going to get decent gas mileage driving 75 mph in a shoebox on 33s.     Barely and no. I'd highly recommend upgrading the front U-joints/axleshafts if you've got 260s and then dump the 35 altogether. I truly wish I'd have gotten to you before you put any money into a Dana 35. :( Yes, and then some.
