check to see if their is power in and out of the ignition switch i had the same prob it turned out to be a bad power wire to the switch from the batt. it went bad at the firewall plug o ya myine would test ok till you put a load on it (turn the key to the start pos)

try the ignition switch if that dont do it i had the wire break from the batt. to the ignition switch were it went thru the firewall ran a new wire and all was good

yep wire corroded off. took the c-101 connector off and cleaned, regreased, and reinstalled hope all is good now

i did put a fuse.. i think it was lost in the c-101 connector.. it had power before but not after. just dont have time to check right now

ran a new wire from starter relay to ignition switch and she lives!!! thanks for all the help

ran new wire from batt to ignition switch and she is back alive!!!! thanks to all that helped

i jumped the starter and she turns over like it should

jeep is at inlaws (30 miles away) i have never taken a firewall conector apart any advice?

Take apart the c-101 connector and check it? What post on the ign switch should have power? Can I jump it?

Is there a fusable link under the dash? Or just the ones by the batt?

That's what I was starting to think. Anybody have a spare?

i turn the key and get nothing at all.... just put in a new ign switch,checked fuses, and all fuseable links look good using a wire probe... o and new batt cables she just died driving down the road nothing that is tied to the ign switch is working ie windows radio etc door locks work...

all fuseable links show power with a wire probe maybe i should just change it anyway im lost....
