I bought one 3 years ago. rec. hitch puts tons of torque on bolts of bumper. Paint bubbled and bumper started to rust after a year. Pivot for tire carrier wore out after a year of use with a 32in tire. so......the steel it is made of is strong, but you'll have to remedy all the other problems...

I'm thinking of taking doors and removing all but the outer 2 inches, basically just leave the frame of it, and make removable canvas with window similar to what you did and brace the center of the open section with steel rod.

Did you check out the web site? You can create a store for free that anyone with the address can buy from. It's not screen printed, I'm not sure how they do it, but the merchandise comes out nice.

We need NAC chapter apparel. Someone come up with the final design so we can use it on www.cafepress.com for shirts, mugs, hats, you name it. Visit the site. It's inexpensive, easy to access and has no setup fees. Just need the chosen logo to be in the right file type.
