well there has always been a warping and cracking problem with the stock cast iron header. they would get hot and touch water and instantly crack. i never thought it would happen to me BUT it has i have found some high flow stailess headers on ebay for abou $187 or so that i wanna get for my 94...

doesnt prove a thing... besides to be honest i have seen more hot female drivers in 4 door XJ's than i have seen remotely good-lookin guys in 2 doors.. so .... ummm load of crap

wrangler doesnt look good with cornered edges... just my opinion... they all look like frickin mercedes merchandise anyway... from 2005 and up...

I know huh??? its beautiful work and yes i am talking buying/ renting a welder... cant afford it... unfortunaly... so i figure soldering would hold it there... for a while til i can have my step dad help me with it once i get back to texas...
