Depends where you go. None of my emergency brakes have ever worked, handle moved up and down but didn't lock the rear wheels. Mine always passed. Technically it should work, not sure why the inspectors didn't bother me about it though?:dunno:
I just got a aluminum diamond plate truck box off of my uncle and the locks didn't work nor had keys. They are the push-button style locks and i was wondering if anyone would have an idea as to where would be a good place to pick up a set.
I do believe that it was in a 6 cylinder auto meaning its 3.55:1. If it was a manual and had 3.07:1's i could always regear both front and rear before i put on some bigger tires.
Cool, thanks. I am familiar with it being longer and needing a new driveshaft. My plans are to restore the Dana44 when i get it and throw it under the XJ when i install a lift kit.

I had to run spray arc for a competition for highschool i went to not to long ago. At first it was weird, reminded me of 6010 and flux-core together if that makes any sense. After you get the hang of it, u can run some nice beads with it and get excellent penetration as long as everything is...
Although i haven't lifted my xj yet, i've heard nothing but good things about Rubicon Express Lift Kits. I would definetly go with full leaf packs instead of aal's as many will tell you aal's will sag a hell of a lot quicker than full leaf packs. You can probably get away with the 3.5" kit...
I second that. After replacing my balljoints alone made a world of difference. Hopefully new tie-rod ends will tighten things up more and should work for you as well.
