I got mine from a muffler shop. It sucks to spend a few hundred on a cat. But its not too bad. My honda needed a cat right before I sold it.. $1400!! FML (but I didnt pay that, I have my ways)

I have a zj tie rod and xj drag link. Also stock spare tire in perfect condition with gray cover.

Ca Smog is crazy nazi and they will check to make sure it is the right cat for the vehicle. Your best bet is to buy a new one. I think I paid like $380 installed a few years ago... Did it fail smog? Or is it rattling, broken etc? Right after I bought mine, I smashed it up on the rubicon...

PC is not too big. I have never used a CB there. I wouldn't say its needed. Also, I do want to put my full doors on (need to grind and align). Do you think its going to be muddy still?
