the line rus from the intake to the canister to the servo, lines are new and I have tested the check valve/tank with a vac tester and a guage - looks like vacuum is not the problem.

I thought my servo was bad, and I found a deal on this setup. Long story short, I put the new servo on my jeep and it wasn't the problem.
So this includes a new control switch (with air-bag XJs), new clockspring, used servo with new vac line and mounting bracket...
I am doing a 4.0 swap and putting a 93 4.0 in a car that already has R134 air.
Does anyone know if the 93 SD709 compressor came filled with PAG or Mineral oil? It was an R12 system, but I believe some manufacturers began using PAG oil in the mid eighties.
I have AC tools and know how to work...
not sure what year this covers, but i need a 4.0 valve cover for an HO engine. Mine has the front oil hole next to the single stud mount cable guides (if that makes sense!). I have seen newer ones with a two-stud mount cable bracket and and the front oil hole further forward.
