    Baja 1000 Nov 21st

We're making plans now for a trip south of the border for the Baja 1000 in November. We would like to get a few vehicles to travel together. Safer that way. We will be heading south to Ensenada the morning of 11/21 for tech & reg. Then, depending on where the course is laid out, we may head...

New here, general build questions. LONG.

Front locker 1st? No way. The rear can handle the stress of it better than the stock Dana 30, especially the u-joints. You'll be snapping those left & right. If you're not rock crawling, and know how to drive, you don't need a front locker. It drives better on the street w/o as well. I've been...

New here, general build questions. LONG.

If you're building up an XJ you need this book: High-Performance-Cherokee-Builders-1984-2001-Design When you start lifting past 4" you open a whole new can of worms. I run a 6" lift, 33s & 4.56 gears. It's a great combination. I run an open Dana 30 up front so as not to put too much strain on...

Nyone have a 6 lug wagoneer wheel lying around?

Do you still need wheels? I've got a couple of 6 lug steel wheels kickin around. I think they are from a Yota. I believe they are 16". I'll measure them & check the lug pattern if you still need them. JYD

    Baja 1000 2007

This could very well be the last Baja race for Score. The end of a era. Coco's was great this year. He spent 3 weeks decorating for the event. Check point 4 was located there. He put up at least a dozen wooden arches over the road all strung w/lights & of course, beer cans. Only blue Pacifico...

    BAJA 1000 news

We chased & pitted for the truck for the 1st leg before the driver change @ mile 180 in Santo Domingo when all hell broke loose. The 2nd driver ended up rolling it 7...

    Seat Testing

I've got a pair of PRP seats that I love. They have a wide fit for my fat ass. I can ride in them all day. PRP is in Murrieta. Of course, we could always consider a diet to trim down our fat asses to fit the seats that are available......naaahhhhh!
