Holy crap, I just wasted 20 minutes of my life. Reading this post was an emotional roller coaster starting with confusion, followed by curiosity, amusement, doubt, awe, anger, rage, pity, and now I'm back at confusion with a touch of rage.
I'm running a HP Dana 30, OX locked, 4.56 and 33" BFG KOs. It's time to replace my ball joints. I was going to purchase Spicer or Moog ball joints with zero offset, however I also noticed there are Synergy 4340 chromoly ball joints available for $120 at East Cost Gear Supply. Regular Spicer ball...
You would be just fine with the Currie Currectlync and 3" of lift. It's complete bolt-in and very stout. I don't think you can go wrong with it, but then again it's what I run as well. I'm at 5.5" of lift.
From the site:
"NOTE: This unit is designed to be used on vehicles with 4" of lift. It...
Yep. If anything it's more work to use the slider as a step than it is to just jump into the seat. I cut out the old rocker panels and welded in fabricated sliders with a tube - very similar to the JCR stage 3. They work great on the rocks but do absolutely nothing in terms of making it easier...
Are you sure your current system is operating correctly? A damaged vacuum line can cause the air to blow through the defrost vents or perhaps the blower motor needs to be replaced, etc.
Call the folks at JKS and tell them what you need. They will hook you up with quality OEM Clevite bushings for a reasonable price. I just replaced all of the bushings in my upper and lower control arms including the axle end upper control arm bushings you mentioned.

Sweet! I'm running your rock runner now and have been waiting for a matching rear bumper. Will the tire carrier be an add-on to the rear bumper or something completely separate? Thanks for the heads up!
I'm at 6" of lift as well. I personally love the setup and haven't had any issues with roll or deadspot. I am also running a 1" drop pitman. I ran 80 mph out from Iowa to Colorado and back with no road issues at all. My Heep is buttoned up pretty well with all new control arm bushings and spring...
I don't know how much lift you have or what your wheeling preferences are, but I think it's hard to go wrong with the Currie Corrrectlync setup for a DD that wheels too. Plus it's straight bolt-in requiring only about 30 minutes of time.
