I went to the Roadless Task Force meeting here in Grand Junction this week and was extremely disappointed at the lack of 4x4 users represented there. Most of the local ATV club showed up as well as people who had easily traveled 3-4 hours to get to this meeting. The greenies wore mostly white...

I pick up my truck tomorrow so the price for the Jeep is being reduced to $4200 obo.

Thats exactly what it did in my Chevy Van. The seals had gotten old and fattening them up created more ability for the transmission to hold pressure to work properly.

I have bought a newer truck and must sell my daily driver/weekend warrior vehicle that I have spent nearly $3000 in modifications on and countless hours wrenching on to get me to some of the nicest areas in Colorado.
Here are the specifications:
4.5" Rubicon Express Lift
Custom front bumper...
I ordered a carfax myself and the title history did check out with what the owner reported-good to see there are honest people out there. Now, the other problem of what to do with my Cherokee :( .
Not really getting cold feet. I feel I got a good deal on the truck and the shipping will work out to less than what it could have been had I flown out and drove it back home. I am just wanting to make sure what the owner is telling me checks out with the title history. I don't think there is...
Can someone please send me a carfax report on the following vehicle?
VIN Number: jt4vd22e9s0006168
I got the winning bid on Ebay and want to make sure it checks out before I have it shipped out to me or go on a road trip to get it.
Please PM me the report or I can PM my email address if that...
I am running 33x10.50 BFG's with the same rims on a 4.5" lift and have no problem without bumpstops. I measured 4.25 inches of lift in the rear and got some 1" steel blocks just in case, but have not had to put them in yet. You can do it, but may need to add bumpstops, which is what I ended up...
I would describe it as more of a "hiccup" like it is missing on one cylinder. This only seems to happen, or is only noticeable at higher speeds.
Thanks for your reply.

I'll look into the fuel problem. It was getting average MPG last time I filled up. It does have almost 149,000 miles on it and I have not replaced the CPS yet, although some people told me to do it 40,000 miles ago.
Thanks for your help,
Kevin
I have noticed a new problem with my Cherokee the past 2-3 weeks. It seems that once it is warmed up and I am driving at highway speeds (50ish and above) the engine seems like it is cutting out. The RPM's stay constant and when I hit the gas the pickup is fine and the engine does not rev up...
I went with 4:10's as I was running 31's at the time and did not plan on going with 33's. Now I have 33x10.50's and added a transmission cooler and throttle body spacer and still have enough power to get down the highway at a decent speed and decent rpms. I am getting 18-20mpg on the highway...
I believe they came on 91 and later model years, I got mine off of a 94 that had been Tboned. I plan on putting a 31" tire on it and see how it holds up, maybe even go to a 33x10.50 tire if it works out okay.
