just got my stiffeners in last Saturday. My brother did the welding - he took a shot in the ear.
He didn't like it. :D
We had a fluxcore. Rosettes/stitch welds. It burned through the unirail pretty quick in a couple spots but it worked well.
Got the stiffeners burned on, primed and top coated this past Saturday. It is quite a project and I'm glad I did the majority of the prep a few days prior.

The term "lunchbox locker" comes from taking the internals out of the carrier and replacing them with the locker. The carrier is the lunchbox that has been repacked with a better lunch. :cool:
