    XJ Motor Mount Kit

From all of the abuse our XJs can see offroad, it is important to keep your driveline planted. The factory block brackets are the main weak point and worn out motor mounts can allow your motor to shift. Nobody wants their fan getting fancy with their radiator or their brackets to give out after...

I apologize for the lack of communication. I am trying to do better.

XJ Front 4 & 3 Link At Its Best

The 4 link system we have designed was worked around a 4.5" lift with 35's. You can't get much lower than 3" or your upper links will hit the floor. Most of the individuals that have this are at 4"-6.5" of lift. The driver side exhaust and the links do not interfere with each other. Yes, as...

XJ Front 4 & 3 Link At Its Best

Hello internet. Here is the rear 4 link system mated with the front on the floor. We have had a few people out there run just the front without issue and just the rear without issue. As well as both. I already know you want pictures, we're waiting on getting some and will update accordingly...

    Wj swap

Radius Arc is an issue when your Track Bar is shorter than your draglink. Get them parallel and get them to as close as the same length as possible. Then you won't or should not have bumpsteer.

Here's what the end result looks like.

    XJ Front Air Bump Mounts

Too much involved for this to be a production item. Internal and external threading is very finicky and hard to get right. King doesn't thread their air bumps to full depth, so we have to go through and thread them ourselves on top of threading the mounts. We did it on our XJ and its finished...

XJ Front 4 & 3 Link At Its Best

Hey guys this is Andy, Kevin has been managing this thread while I have wildly been trying to continue developing this system to IRONMAN standards. Parts of this are still very much so in development. We have about 15 systems out being installed and used right now including one on the JCR...

XJ Front 4 & 3 Link At Its Best

Honestly this is designed as builders parts. I designed it around 4.5" of lift. With the adjustment, more or less lift can be used. How much depends on the builders intention. If you want no lift you will have to modify the floor but that's first grade math in the XJ world. This would also work...

XJ Front 4 & 3 Link At Its Best

Yes you can. The rear crossmember brackets weld to the frame as well. The front doesn't not need to be included, but can always be added and vice versa. We've pretty much finished the rear coil design today. Here is a picture as to what that looks like. Options with and without an air bump...

XJ Front 4 & 3 Link At Its Best

All we are missing to make is an exhaust reroute option. Driveshaft clears just fine with the new uppers. Our gear ratios are different front and rear on this guy thats why there's no shaft at the moment. JCR is running our 4 link front and rear for their MJ SEMA build.

XJ Front 4 & 3 Link At Its Best

This is on our Manual XJ. Here's just the front 4 link crossmember with no links. Here's the front and rear crossmember with no links. Reminder that this is a weld/bolt on application. More pics tomorrow with the links in place for the front hopefully.
