if you were to add a e-xtra tranny cooler, could you get rid of theose pressure fittins on the trans fluid lines and just use good old hose clamps? Hoagie

used to live in Schuylkill county...man I used to love ridin around those mountains...still make it up once in a while to see the family and friends and to test out the XJ's 4x4..... (removed all power line references)

Im starting to think theres no way to use the existing wiring...might just have to run some new stuff thanks

Im tryin to use the existing wiring with the existing fog lamps just using a new rocker switch....just not sure where the four wires that went to the factory switch would go

has anyone ever replaced the factory siwtch with a regular old toggle switch or rocker.....if so what wires went were.....orange....blue.....violet....black

I JUST WENT THROUGH THE SAME THING YESTERDAY ON MY 99. WENT BACK AND BOUGHT THE MORE EXPENSIVE ONES. WORKS GREAT. THANKS FOR ALL THE INFO ALSO. NOW IF I COULD JUST FIND THAT OLD DARN RECEIPT!!!!

i got a 99 cherokee 4.0 4x4. went wheelin a few months back and tps got wet. wouldnt shift outta first gear. replaced tps and now it seems like it wont shift at the right position from first to second gear. anyone ever have this problem before. tranny fluid seems dark like it got burnt. thanks...
