I have been looking into ways for getting more travel out of the rear on a new build. I was wondering about chevy 63" leafs, I know someone on here threw some under their pile. I would like to stay with leafs, any suggestions or ideas?

Well, as of right now, I am picking up a dana 44 and 60 so I can do a full width swap. The plan is to get the axles and wait until I have the money to build them the way I want. I'll start with the rear so if for whatever reason I decide to do a 60 front instead of the 44, I won't lose money...

I have a shop to work in with a welder, grinder and a torch. Just no drill press. What part of the hub would I have to grind? How much grinding? I am just nervous of drilling the rotors because I'm sure I will screw it up. I assume it isn't good to drive 500 miles on a bad hub.
