Yup, still alive and kickin...in Washington DC. Unfortunately, I'm no longer a Pacific Northwesterner. I joined the Marine Corps in March this year, and have been doing some traveling ever since. I'll PM ya with the tragic events that happened to my Heep...
My one and only experience around Goat Mountain ended with a Forest Service guy telling us to leave or he'd "get writers cramp". Being the good wheelers we are, we obliged. I could've been in a different area than you're talking about, but I know it was in the general vicinity. If in doubt...
The title pretty much covers it. I just moved to Washington DC (kind of a forced work move) about a month ago now and am in the market for a for a vehicle. Now, I've lived on the west coast my entire life so this whole area is new to me. I've heard that they put salt on the roads in winter...

Depending on my scheduling, I should be able to make this one. If so, this will be my last meet and greet for a very long time. As in 4 years or so. I ship out for Marine boot camp on Monday, March 19. So I will be consuming copious amounts alcohol between now and then. :D
All I got around my place was about an inch of snow, and a totaled truck. $#@!in drunk drivers. Who'd a thunk it? Alcohol and snow are a bad mix...
The ambulance was for her (the drunk lady). She had just left that empty spot in front of the bar and decided to make a U-turn without...
Sorry, shoulda worded it differently. I meant more fuel efficient, thereby saving me money.
Where's the love? :D Believe me, I don't want to sell it, but the gas moeny is absolutely killing me. It'd be a different story if I didn't have to drive 40 miles to work every day.
Well, after some serious thought and deliberation, I've decided it's time to get a more economically friendly vehicle. :( I used to own a '94 Chevrolet S-10, and am looking to get something in the same flavor, but newer. I figured I'd appeal to the vast expanse of knowledge on here as to a...
Damn you! :D Wish I could go wheeling on New Years Day. Be sure to honk just after you pass the Chevron where 224 and 211 intersect. I get to work that day...
I was working from 5pm-7am chasing downed tree/wire calls. People FREAK when this kind of weather hits. We were waiting for PGE to come shut off a live wire on someone's lawn, and I was informed there would be no ETA. When I made the mistake of asking why, I was told because PGE had over 7900...
If that doesn't work, I have a Pioneer MP3 CD deck with harness and all I'll sell to ya for cheap. ;)
Shameless advertising aside, I'd agree with the above post. Chances are if the speakers are stock, one or more might be blown, but doubtful all of them are. I'd be more inclined to think...
