    hi lift jack mounting

if it is to stay mounted on the outside of the vehicle expect it to not work when you need it, it will rust up quick. That said I'd go on the roof, a few "u" bolts around the RR cross bars and bolt it through the jack body. Simple, cheep and no modification needed to the Jeep. I have mine...

    Off road Bumper

whatever you get, if you plan on using it as a tow point get extended mounts or stiffeners if not built into it. I have a Rock Lizard Rock Monitor bumper that I love, fits great and had been rubbed on trees and rocks with no issues. Jeepin.com has a good review page of it...

    detours backbone

I built a receiver type system close to the Detours back bone. It is 1/4" plate bolted to the crossmember and tied into the bumper mounts and towhook mounts. I keep the winch on a reciever mount with a disconnect for the power and it is only on the Jeep when needed.

Cut down door..... semi "half door".....

looks clean, good job I've been playing with that same idea for a second set of doors on my 2 door as the ones that are one it have some rust issues. And I need windows as it sits outside, the bike owns the garage.

    doorless in pa

depends on who you pass while your doorless. Offically the the law states that you must have a 4" raise above the floor level, so XJ is good w/o doors but it also stated that it must be an option for the vehicle to come w/o doors or the doors to be removeable from the factory, bad for XJ's. Do...
