Mine had a similar problem. The cause was a bashed in fuel tank, a common problem with wheeled Cherokees. When I pulled out the pump and sender, they were intact. The problem was simply the shape of the bottom of the tank. You might want to check that out before changing out parts.

We have only had three powerstrokes in the last month die at work. All around 120,000 miles. At least there only 50 of them.

I think the trail reports get changed once a year. The last one was on there for a year. :)

For a daily driver, I don't think you could beat a MTR or BFG Mud. I had a set of 33" MTR's for 10,000 and had 75% tread left. They worked great except in pure mud. You are not going to find a perfect mud tire that is great on the road as well. Sorry, that just opened myself up to an argument.

These will produce a thump, but I am always amazed by the noise of a 214 coming at you.

My place of employment has a lot of those engines. I am sure they wouldn't mind one or two in a jeep.
