    Argon/CO2 bottle

Recently picked up a Lincoln 175 Mig welder and I was sickened by the prices of an Ar/CO2 bottle. Hoping someone has an extra old bottle laying around I can buy before I go blow $150 on one from the welding supply. Thanks.

    Extra coil isolators as spacers?

Sweet. Thanks for the replies. I'm really itching to get this thing a little more in the air. I couldn't see paying $40 for a set of spacers when every junk XJ has some sitting there ready to be plucked.

    Extra coil isolators as spacers?

I'm currently sitting at about 2 1/2" and have just about everything I need to go to about 4-4 1/2" except for new front springs. With the 2 1/2" springs on there, anyone see a problem with using a couple extra stock isolators as spacers until I get the springs I want? I can get several for...

    Exhaust Thread

With the stock cat and stock-size pipe and no muffler, it is surprisingly quiet. A little bit of low-rpm rumble and a bit louder at higher rpms, but actually not as loud as most aftermarket mufflers. The Flowmaster makes much more noise.

    Exhaust Thread

If you want something with a good sound, and quite cheap, get a high-flow cat and go straight pipe from there. Not very loud, good rumble. I love it, and I have about $50 and less than an hour of labor in it =P

Newbie with alot of q's and more to come

This should be right on the front page! Seems like the biggest mistake anyone makes is trying to budget time or money...I've learned this lesson too many times just in replacing stock stuff, much less trying to get a little extreme.

    Where is Everyone from?

Membership grows a bit, maybe it'll be time for a civil war...something like VA, MD, WV and Southern PA seceeding from NAC =) Break it up into Mid-Atlantic and New England chapters or something. Hagerstown, Maryland here, but about to move to Shanghai, WV, about 10 minutes from Winchester, VA...

    Giveaway project

I love the idea. The difficulty with something like this is the chapter is so spread out. Something being done up there in Connecticut might as well be in Alaska its so far from us Mid-atlantic guys (MD, VA, DE, southern PA, WV) I'll help out certainly however I can, even if that's just...

Please tell me there is an easier way..

You can access everything from either inside the door jamb, behind the turn signals or under the hood. Very easy. Just take your time to locate everything.
