    I have the stock shaft with 8" of lift. No problems, even offroad.

    I disagree. I have 8" of lift and only have a TC drop (1") and only experience minor vibes at about 20 mph and at 70 mph.

    Help! 35's on an xj, how much lift??

    I have 8" and 36s. BTW, you can run just a TC drop for now. I have 8", and all i have is a 1" drop and I only get vibes around 68-72 MPH, which is rare for me to drive that fast anyway.

    How hard of a swap would this be. I know I'd need a new wiring harness, engine and transmition, which I could get. But the actual swap itself, would it be difficult if you havent done one before?
