How would you test that

As far as I understand the upgraded harness is intended for h4 bulbs since they pull more voltage through the stock harness. With the leds they pull less voltage than the factory headlights so I don’t think I should need it

When the headlight switch is in the off position and the lights are not on, I turn the key to the off position and they come on. If I cycle the ignition 3-4 times they usually shut off. What causes this? I do not believe my jeep has the sentry light delay switch. I have the Holley retrobrite...

They have less than 10k miles on them, but they are not Bosch. They are k suspension 4 hole injectors which I have seen mixed reviews about… I might find myself a set of Bosch oem replacements.
