i have a 96 cherokee with abs. Just picked up a 2.5L 99 8.25 from the junkyard. What size drum are they 9 or 10? Also are they the same as the D35? Can i use the e brake cable from the d35 or will i have to get one for the newer 8.25? i searched but it comes up with an error when i type in...

Just curious, i know that welded there is less chance for exhaust leaks but is one better then the other for sound or performance? I know stock my whole exhaust was clamped

96+ have a different tcase output that gives a greater chance for vibes then the older years.

I have a dynomax pipe and thrush muffler. Both are 2.25 but the muffler is shorter then stock so im going to have to get a pipe to reach it. When i go to buy a pipe at the auto parts store does it have to be 2.25 or will it be the 2.12?
