    Fog light upgrade

Cool. Thanks. I assume running a hotter fuse will endanger the wires/switch, so I sould stick with what's in there.

    Fog light upgrade

My '94 Country has the OE fog lights that sit on top of the front bumper. If I wanted to upgrade to some better off-road driving lights, can I replace these fogs and use the existing wires and in-dash switch?? Anybody know what the watt capacity is of this system? TIA Manny

    Tires

So what's the size difference between a 245/70-15 and a 30X9.5 and a 31X10.5?? I have a 94 Country and do some moderate off roading on some powerline trails near my house. No big flex, raock crawling or anything. I want 31's and plan to do a 2-3" lift over the winter, but I need tires now...

Do I need to warm it up?

If you are doing a lot of short distance dirving, use dino oil and change it often...especially in winter. You should NOT let any car sit and wrm up for the above mentiond reasons. It is much better to just get in it and drive since it will get up to temperature much, much faster, rather than...

    tires?

If the 31's rub, where do they make contact? The fender inside/outside? Is it only during sharp turns and heavy flex off road? If the 31's don't rub during most "noraml" driving, I might just deal with those till I get the lift.

    tires?

I also found this: "I think Ed Stevens' web site has a write-up on tires & wheels that concludes you can actually run 31s on a stock XJ (old style)." Is a '94 considerd the "old" body style? Sorry, I'm new to this. Manny

    tires?

Hi All, I tried the search feature, but didn't find anything. I have a 94 XJ Country and am going to get the RE3.5" lift and tires. Problem is that budget only allows for tires right now. Tires first because I have to keep the truck on the road (old tires are shot). I know how big I can go...

    Howdy

Thanks! I think I'll stick with the Rubicon. I don't mind shelling out a few more clams for good equipment. I think their kit comes with the brake line and U bolts etc. I'l double check.

    Howdy

Hi All, Hope you can help. I just got a 1994 XJ Country from my father in law. It's got 186K miles on it, but is still in excellent condition. I want to install the 3.5"Rubicon SuperRide kit ASAP, but have some concerns. 1)Do I have to worry about the transfer case, or is it ok in its original...
