The relay should be under your dash, taped to the wiring harness just above the fuseblock.

Did install Xenon lights on my YJ, they are round... :) I got these for a bike project, but they were a little too big so they ended up on the YJ. The light is incredible, compared to the stock lights, so I might convert to Xenon on my MJ as Well. Hella Bi-Xenon, both hi/low beam...

Mine switch was broken, I just replaced it with a small switch with light inside, its only 3 wires, 12V in, 12 V out(to the TCU) and grounding for the light.

The O2 sensor will probably sense more oxygen in the exhaust and send signals to the PCM to give the engine more fuel, as a result the A/F mixture will be too rich in closed loop operation (warm idle and cruising), and the mpg will go down.
