Rugged Ridge said it was direct bolt in. Has anyone used one of these? Do you like it?

Has anyone used the 12035.60 Rugged Ridge crossmember? Is it a direct bolt in, or does it lower the transmission? I am getting conflicting info on this. Wondering if anyone has any first hand knowledge.

Got this from Bill at Aussie on June 8th We just got them in stock and are in the process of notifying customers that they can place orders on line at www.aussielocker.com. We are now making all locker models in the USA, but before we get them all back in stock it will be August.

You CANNOT get an aussie for the 8.25-29 spline!!! I had been waiting for one since last Nov and they still don't have them in stock as of last week! Couldn't get them made over seas...waiting for material...moving the machining to the US...still working on current run, and cannot swith over...

Also check the small plastic tubes that run down the fire wall on drivers side. Straight back from about the manifold. There is a short hose that connects the two tubes together. This cracks and causes a code. Couldn't see my small crack in the hose till I took it off.

Wrecked a tire and wheel over the weekend....Looking for a fairly decent 33-15x12.5 old style BFG Mud tire. Maybe 25%-30% gone. Also need a wheel with 4.5 Backspacing. What I need to match mine is a Ultra 64 15x8 with 4.5 backspacing, but would entertain other offers.

I drilled holes through mine for the rivited on spring clamps. Out toward the ends without any trouble. Wouldn't think the center would be much different. These were some of the stock leaves.

Yes positive, NO 15" This has been covered on other forums, and I didn't believe them so I wrote BFG. There answer was that there will be no 15" in the new configuration, but they are still going to making the 15" size in the current configuration.

Hope you are not looking for the new style in 15"...they won't be making any!
