In order to have it in 100% operating condition and be ready to sell, I installed the following parts just this week (April 18-23):
New oil pan gasket & rear main seal
New front crank seal
New timing set & timing cover gasket
New Thrush muffler & catalytic converter (I took the time to tuck them up as high as possible to protect them from damage while off road)

I also have:
Original owner's manual and warranty packet
Original window sticker

We just bought my wife a brand new car, but this Jeep was her daily driver beforehand, so I know it is 100% reliable or I wouldn't have put her in it for that purpose.

The overall vehicle condition is an 8 out of 10, with the only bad things being faded clear coat on the hood and a cracked windshield. Otherwise it's very clean and very solid. No rust anywhere. It's never been abused off road, just some light duty trail riding with one trip to Beasley Knob & also one trip to Durhamtown Tellico since it was built. It did everything I asked it to do every time out.

I have a full set of TJ flares, a set of sliding upper doors (one panel replaced with plexi -still in very usable condition), a full set of Rubicon Express extended bump stops for 4”+ lift kits and maybe a 31 spline Explorer 8.8 w/Detroit if the asking price is met.
