I cant start a new for sale thread

I cannot start a new thread in private sales. i get the following message::

Please read the sticky at the top of the forums about registered users and forum supports. As a guest, you are not allowed to post in the national classifieds. You may be able to use your chapter (NAC) classifieds.

I dont understand what you mean? why cant I start a new thread in classifieds?

Because that priveledge is reserved for paid club members.
