CPR Requirement

I think Mac is up to his eyeballs in alligators and has not had time to post this information here. I am not trying to steal his thunder, but to give folks as much advance notice as possible.

Moab had added to the requirements for group runs, and one of the new requirements is that every run needs to have someone who is CPR certified.

For anyone who has a chance to get current on their CPR certification, this might be a good thing.

Wow. That is ridiculous.

But, I just looked online to see if there are any classes near me and discovered there are plenty of outfits, including the American Red Cross, that offer certification courses online. So that’ll make it easier.

I’ll try to make the time to do it.
