NAPA has them. They actually have a whole book of factory screws, clips, retainers and such. I just bought 2 packs of trim screws and 3 packs of fender flare shoulder nuts and the push plugs for the inner fender covers. If not in stock they can get them in a day or two.

I'd stay away from the Rust-oleum spray. I used the brush on type on my bumpers and lower door panels an it scraped off. I'm now using Magnet Chassie Saver on the under parts and Monsterliner on the bumpers and lower door panels with Por 15 under it to seal the rust on the rockers
