I have done both ways. Tnt inner fenders and just cut on the fold and bent it up and rewelded it with a small filler piece. Tnt turned out cleaner but cut and weld gave more room
Make sure to run the volvo injectors. The neon injectors are to much for the renix system. Renix go to open loop slot more than nonrenix. Mine did the same thing
I pulled it off last night and sitting on the ground I can almost get my finger under the center. I'll take a picture. Warranty? Also found out I got cracks in my ring gear. Luckily I bought the yukon extended warranty
Has anybody else bent a sfr wj aluminum tie rod? It flexed 6in on a rock a few times but the last time it didnt return straight. When I checked the toe it was toed out a inch so the bar must have stretched
I started with the d&c cage and changed the crossbars then added a x, c pillar, and floor bars to help with unibody flex. Then went thru the firewall and built engine cage. That cage is a good start though. Saved me a days worth of work
I'm running the Durango box on 35s with sfr wj conversion and with the locker locked it doesn't want to turn at all. Just had the box tapped and bought a ram and ruff stuff cover to mount it to. Hopefully have it done in a couple weeks. May need the wj pump but gonna try a turned up stock pump...
