So quick update. I was able to wheel this combo at Sand Hollow this last weekend. The difference is amazing I can turn my front wheels with it locked! I could get it pretty bound up as well and no sweat. It's so much better I may now go to a psc big bore box instead of hydro assist. Very pleased...

Can't seem to find an answer on this. Have 98 xj swapping motor from 91. Noticed the oil filter housing is cracked on the 91. Are the vertical and horizontal housings interchangeable?

So I got the lowers cut to mock up doesn't look like the angle is as bad as I was thinking. the axle side is twisted slightly. This should not be a problem as long as it does not bind correct? Thanks for all the help
